1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to form a binding contract to purchase from this site.

3. Products & pricing

We describe and price our products as accurately as possible. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but your order is charged at the price shown when you check out. Product photos are representative; minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been submitted.

4. Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers (including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later providers such as Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, and Klarna). We do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.

6. Warranty & disclaimers

ZenPaw includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (your sole remedy being repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion). Except for that warranty and any rights you have under applicable law, the product is provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ZenPaw is a grooming accessory and not a medical or veterinary device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County/State], unless your state's consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

9. Changes

1. Information we collect

• Identifiers: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone
• Commercial info: products ordered, order history
• Internet activity: IP address, pages viewed, device/browser data (via cookies and pixels)
• Inferences: preferences used to improve marketing and the store

We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers — those are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors.

2. How we use it

To process and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, send marketing (with your consent), comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and site.

3. How we "sell" or "share" information

We do not sell your information for money. However, like most online stores, we use advertising and analytics tools (for example, Meta Pixel, Google, and TikTok) that may involve "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time (see "Your Privacy Choices" below).

4. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know/access the data we hold, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, limit use of sensitive data, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, email privacy@zenpaw.com (or use our preferences tool when enabled). We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (cart, checkout, security) and, with the ability to opt out, analytics/advertising cookies. U.S. visitors can opt out via the methods above or your browser settings; opting out of non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to shop.

7. Data retention & sharing with vendors

We keep order data as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal/tax obligations. We share data only with service providers (payment, shipping, hosting, email, analytics) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data to third parties for their own marketing.

Questions or requests: privacy@zenpaw.com. We provide at least two ways to submit a request (email and a contact form) and respond within the timeframes required by law.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund.

How to start a return

• Step 1: Email support@zenpaw.com with your order number.
• Step 2: We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
• Step 3: Ship the item back (see condition requirements below).
• Step 4: Once received, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (credit-card refunds are issued within one billing cycle).

Condition

Because this is a grooming product, returned items should be clean and include the original accessories (USB-C cable, guide) and packaging where possible. Items damaged by misuse may not be eligible.

Defective or wrong items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and will replace it or refund you in full — your choice. Your ZenPaw is also covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Shipping timeframes & cancellations

We ship orders within the time stated at checkout (and in any case promptly). If we can't ship on time, we'll notify you, give a revised date, and offer the option to cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time & cost

• Shipping cost: FREE on all US orders.
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days to most US addresses after shipment.
• Tracking: emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States (including AK & HI; remote areas may take a little longer).

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, weather, or peak seasons. If we expect a significant delay in shipping your order, we'll contact you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@zenpaw.com and we'll make it right.

Ongoing effort
